Henry County Family Planning Clinic
Services are provided by
registered nurses, a nurse practitioner and a physician.
Services Include:

Physical examinations including pelvic exam, pap
smear, and clinical breast exams
·
STD testing and treatment for males and females
·
Pregnancy testing, counseling, and referral
·
Level 1 infertility testing
·
IUD insertion and removal
·
HIV testing
·
Laboratory testing as ordered by clinician
·
Abstinence Education
·
Birth control including oral contraceptives,
contraceptive patch, depo provera injection, diaphragms, natural
family planning instruction, condoms, IUDs, vaginal ring and emergency
contraception.
Costs of service are
based on an income based sliding scale fee.
Application
Medicaid and some insurances are accepted.
No one is denied
service due to an inability to pay. |
