Appointments will no longer
be needed to receive H1N1 vaccine at the Health Department. Vaccine will be available to
all ages during
Nursing Hours on Monday mornings, 9:00 a.m. to noon, and Monday through
Friday afternoons, 1:30- 4:00 p.m.
Before arriving, you may complete and
print the
Vaccine Administration Record
form.
The H1N1 Vaccine is provided free of charge.
