Birth and Death Certificates
Certified birth and death certificates are
available for any person who was born or died in Henry County beginning in
1909.
A written request must be received that
includes the person’s name on record, date of birth or death, and an
address where to send the certificate.

Cost: $18.00 for each certified copy requested.
DEBIT CARDS are now being accepted as payment when
ordering a birth or death certificate in person at the Health
Department. A $2.50 fee is charged for using this service.

Remote applications
for Birth and Death Certificates are available through VitalChek , a
website application. Payment of $18.00 for each certificate ordered is
made by credit card. A service fee is charged for each order.
